MAGIC Help Desk    FDTD-PIC Software for EM Design and Simulation

The Help Desk is a web based interface to user support. Please use it request user assistance.

When you click on the Help Desk link above, you will find a screen that resembles the following picture:

If this is the first time you entered the Help Desk site, you must register by clicking on Sign Up Here.  This will bring up the following screen. At this point you fill out the form. Required information will be in red.
 

User id – enter your email address.
Password – record this so you can login again later.
Complete the form and press the "Go" icon.

Once an account has been established on the helpdesk, you can submit issues by either logging on to the helpdesk, or by sending an email to:

For User Issues (existing license holders only):	support@magictoolsuite.com *

* Customers must request access to the "MAGIC Sales" and/or "MAGIC Users" projects before accessing or submitting issues to these projects.
