	For a formal quote, please submit your request via our online help desk (see link at left) or by email to magic.support@atk.com.
	Orders can be faxed, mailed, or emailed to ATK.  Orders should include organization name, department name, shipping address, billing address, purchase order number, product description and quantities, and the signature of an authorized buyer.  Purchasers from countries other than the U.S. need to specify the end-user organization and include details about freight forwarder(s) that they intend to use.
	Please send your purchase order along with the appropriate signed End-User License Agreement (EULA) to the address below.  We cannot ship any orders until we have received a filled out & signed EULA.
